My services

Graphic Facilitation consists in translating complex content into clear visual renderings.

I have identified two main use cases :

1. Graphic Facilitation to communicate : transforming complexity into clarity.

2Graphic Facilitation to collaborate : displaying your content in real-time during workshops.

Communicate
1. Communicate

What is the expected output ?

A clear, impactful and engaging visual rendering to convey your message efficiently.

What is the typical context ?

You wish to communicate - internally or externally - about an approach, a process, your organisation/governance, your transformation strategy …

You need to capture your audience’s attention.

What do I offer ?

I channel abundant information into a clear visual representation.

Over several meetings, I work hand in hand with my client to create a tailored visual combining drawings and key messages.

It provides two mains benefits :

  • a tangible benefit : a clear and impactful visual rendering for your communication purposes

  • an intangible (though valuable) benefit :  the process of clarification involved in crafting the visual helps you refine and articulate your story.

Collaborate
2. Collaborate

What is the output ?

A live synthesis of the workshop to foster collaboration.

What is the context ?

You are planning a collaborative workshop and aiming at maximizing its effectiveness.

You wish to provide an external perspective to capture key ideas and foster collaboration.

What do I offer ?

I craft a live synthesis of the discussions.

I collaborate with my client upstream, ensuring I am briefed on the workshop context and objectives.

Physically present during the workshop, I actively listen and capture the key ideas, messages and decisions.

I present them through a visual synthesis that integrates drawings and key messages.

It delivers :

  • Engagement - Participants are constantly and visually exposed to the content. It enhances their engagement and pushes their discussions further.

  • Clarity - Visually structuring the discussions contributes to making sense. It allows participants to stay focus on the workshop objectives.

  • Alignement - All participants are able to view and react to the representation. As a result, the visual output is validated by all.

  • Recording - The visual synthesis will be, for the participants, a tangible reminder of the workshop discussions, decisions and ideas.
